How to Transfer Packers Mobile Tickets

Transfer Tickets Using the Packers Mobile App

All guests enter Packers home games using a mobile ticket. For most customers, the easiest way to send tickets to another person is to transfer them through the official Green Bay Packers mobile app.

Before You Start - Download or Update the Packers App

  • Update the Packers app to the latest version.
  • Make sure you can sign in using the email/password on your Packers/Ticketmaster ticket account.
  • Double-check the recipient’s email (a transfer confirmation can still send even if you typed the wrong email).
  • Helpful for game day: add tickets to your phone’s digital wallet in advance (cell/Wi-Fi can be slow near the stadium).
  • Screenshots won’t scan at the gate—tickets must be displayed in the app (or your phone wallet if added).

Transfer Tickets in the Packers App (Mobile)

  1. Open the Green Bay Packers mobile app.
  2. Tap Account (top right).
  3. Tap My Packers Account (or “My Packers Ticket Account”).
  4. Tap Sign In and log in using the email/password tied to your ticket account.
  5. Go to My Events, then select the game you want to manage.
  6. Tap View Your Tickets.
  7. Tap Transfer.
  8. Select the ticket(s) you want to send, then tap Continue.
  9. Choose a recipient:
    • Select from your contacts or choose Manually Enter Recipient.
    • Enter the recipient’s required info (name + email; some transfers may also allow text delivery).
  10. Review the info carefully, then tap Transfer / Send.

What Happens Next 

  • You should receive a confirmation that the transfer was submitted.
  • The recipient must accept the tickets using the link they receive (email and/or text). If they don’t already have an account, they’ll be prompted to create one to claim the tickets.
  • In your account, tickets may show as Sent until the recipient accepts. After acceptance, they should show as Claimed and will no longer be available to you. (You may need to refresh, or exit and reopen the app.)

Common Issues & Fixes

  • Wrong email entered: A confirmation can still arrive, but the tickets won’t reach the intended recipient. Verify the email and resend if needed.
  • Recipient can’t find the transfer: Have them check spam/junk folders and search their inbox for the Packers/Ticketmaster transfer email.
  • Transferring multiple games: The app flow is typically handled one game at a time. If you have many games to send, using the account website can be faster.
  • Game-day entry: Don’t rely on screenshots. Use the app (or your phone wallet if tickets were added properly).

Tip: If your group is arriving separately, transfer each person their own ticket ahead of time so everyone can enter smoothly.
