Fenway Park History

Fenway Park is the oldest active ballpark in Major League Baseball. It first opened in 1912 and is now part of the National Register of Historic Places. Fans flock to Boston every season, just to get the chance to see the Red Sox play in what some people call a shrine to the sport.
